1. Can't Log In: When using Microsoft
Internet Explorer (IE) as your browser, you receive an error message
"Sorry - That is an invalid password"
when you click on a Subscriber Area.
Soluation:
- At the top of IE click on "Tools" > "Internet
Options"
- Click on "Security" tab, "Custom level"

- In "Settings" navigate to "Scripting" area
(near the bottom of the options box).
- Enable "Allow websites to prompt for information using
scripted windows" then click on OK.
- Answer Yes to "Are you sure you want to change this zone?"
