2009 Wage and Benefit Survey
The 2009 Wage and Benefit Survey in collaboration with UC Cooperative Extension is now being conducted. We appreciate your participation by either mailing or emailing your wage information to FELS.

Since 1980 FELS has conducted an annual wage and benefit survey. This survey is conducted annually to provide a market reference for growers making wage and benefit decisions. Your cooperation in completing the form (anonymously) will make the tabulated results more useful for everybody. Please base your responses on what you are now paying or expect to pay in 2006. New this year are items (I.C. & II.13-14) relating to contractors you hire. Thank you for downloading the survey form (see below), filling it out and sending it into FELS.
