Doug Mosebar: Doug Mosebar
is president of Farm Employers Labor Service. He is also president
of the California Farm Bureau Federation. Mosebar, who farms in Santa
Ynez, has been a statewide Farm Bureau officer since 1989. Mosebar
farms hay, squash, flowers and pumpkins and raises cattle. He attended
College of the Sequoias in Visalia and earned a degree in agricultural
business management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. |

Joseph
M. Peters: Secretary & Treasurer. Joe is the Chief
Financial Officer of the Farm Employers Labor Service. Joe became
the treasurer of the California Farm Bureau Federation in March 1984.
In 1989, he assumed the additional duties of secretary. He oversees
the financial services of CFBF and FELS. He and his wife, Caroline,
have three children. |

Bryan Little: C. Bryan Little, a labor-affairs
specialist with extensive experience in both government and agriculture
is the Chief Operating Officer of Farm Employers Labor Service. Bryan
also serves as director of labor affairs for California Farm Bureau
Federation, representing members on legislative, congressional and
regulatory issues involving immigration and labor policy. Bryan has
served with the U.S. Department of Labor since Dec. 2001, as deputy
assistant secretary for occupational safety and health. Prior to joing
OSHA, Little was senior director for governmental affairs for American
Farm Bureau Federation in Washington, D.C. Bryan earned a bachelor's
degree in political science and public administration from James Madison

John Barrientos: John
is the Field Operations Manager responsible for managing the field
consulting services. He works out of the Salinas Valley and has more
than 30 years of experience in agricultural labor management. John
has worked for a variety of agricultural employers including vineyards,
tree fruit growers, floral nurseries, row crop harvesting & farming
operations, agricultural trade associations and worker’s compensation
insurance companies. His experience includes work in labor management
relations, human resources, supervisor training, ALRA/NLRA elections,

Carl G. Borden: Carl Borden:
Associate Counsel, CFBF & FELS, since 1979. Carl Borden advises FELS
on labor- and employment-law issues, co-edits the FELS Monthly Newsletter,
and drafts and revises other materials for FELS. He has conducted
many seminars for agricultural employers. He received a B.A. degree
from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1975 and a J.D.
degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1979. He was admitted
to the California State Bar in 1979. |

Maximiano
(Max) Curiel: Labor Management Consultant. Since 1969
Max has worked with agricultural employers as their field labor representative,
industrial relations coordinator, personnel manager. Max has
extensive experience in safety and supervisor training, and conflict

Hector
Corona: Labor Management Consultant. Hector has worked
for agricultural employers as field labor. Hector has experience
in safety and supervisor training. |

Rigo De La Cerda: Labor
Management Consultant. Rigo is a graduate of Fresno State University.
Rigo provides labor management consultation services to employers
in the central San Joaquin Valley of California. Since 1982
Rigo has had extensive experience in workers' compensation insurance
as a branch claims manager, unit supervisor of field adjusters, claims

Francisco (Frank) Leal:
Labor Management Consultant. Frank Leal is a Readley College
graduate in Agriculture. Frank provides labor management consultation
services to employers in the southern San Joaquin Valley and central
coast of California. Francisco has over 21 yeas of experience
in working with agricultural employees and employers. Among Francisco’s
accomplishments are: Superintendent of Agriculture, University of
California Research and Extension Center, Ranch owner operator, Agricultural
labor contracting services; UC certified, tractor safety, forklift

Roy R. Mosqueda: Labor
Management Consultant. Roy is a graduate of Oregon State University
in communications. Roy provides labor management consultation
services to employers in northern Oregon. Since 1985 Roy has
been worked as employment service representative, personnel manager,
human resource director and safety officer for non-profit organizations
and nursery companies. |

Martha Daniel Peña: FELS
Office Manager. Since 1985 Martha has managed FELS projects,
account receivables and payables, and Spanish translations. Martha's
translations have received high praise and acclaim from educators
and agricultural employers. Coming from a farm worker background
she is able to incorporate her insights into the safety and human
resource materials produced by FELS. |

Gabriel Riojas: FELS Labor
Management Consultant. Gabriel provides labor management consultation
services to employers in Orange and San Diego counties. Gabriel
is a graduate of Social Services from
Loma Linda University. Since 1982 he has assisted employers
in various aspects of human resources, training and development, safety,
